What happens in emergencies?

We have a system in place where the walker will contact all of our managers if an emergency takes place. The manager closest to the area will drive to the home immediately to help the walker with the situation while a second manager will communicate with the client on what is going on and what is being done. Our online system lists what your vet is, emergency contacts, etc so we are able to make sure everything necessary is done. We also know where the closest emergency vets are located in case it is a true emergency situation. A manager will stay at the vet until the client is able to arrive and will stay longer if the client needs help.
