Why are you different than other dog walking companies?

Urban Tailz has been in business since 2000 making us one of the oldest dog walking companies in Chicago. We have learned a lot along the way and believe our experience gives us a leg up on other dog walking companies. We also provide flexibility that other companies cannot match. We provide the most flexible cancellation policy of any dog walking company in Chicago. We are able to schedule a walk last-minute when needed. We know people have crazy schedules, and we work for you. Not the other way around. Need a last-minute dinner walk or forgot to schedule a midday walk until well into the day? Just let us know. We've got you covered.

We also believe that being transparent with clients is extremely important. We know trust is the most important aspect of our jobs. You trust us with your pets, and we want to make sure you are as comfortable as we can make you. If you feel like your walker isn't the right fit for you and your pet, please let us know! We will make an adjustment immediately.

If we're having issues with your pet we will be upfront and let you know. Not every dog feels comfortable with every person coming into their home. We have had many current clients tell us their old dog walking company never had issues with their pet or their pet never reacted that way to their old walker. We'll send a client a video of the behavior, and they are stunned. We want to work through the problems instead of pretending everything is going perfectly. We want clients to get the best service for the price they are paying.

We also make it as easy as possible to get in touch with us when you need us. You can chat with us on our website, you can send us a quick text, give us a call, email us, or message us through the Time to Pet app. Whatever is easiest for you. We're available when you need us, and no question/concern is too small.

Also, they might be biased, but all of our mothers have told us we're absolutely the best!
